Returns Policy

We, at PATEL JEWELERS, appreciate your perfect choice of purchasing a pure and core designed Jewellery from Patel Jewellers e-commerce site. However, in case you need to return or exchange the product for any reason, we go the extra mile to make it easy and convenient for you.

 

If you are not satisfied with our Products you can send it back to us under exchange policy or return. For return following are the conditions:

Immediate Return/Exchange
  • Hassle free Seven days return policy*
  • *not applicable on Gold Coins, Silver Coins, Gold Vedhani.
  • FREE Shipping for return of metal purchased.
  • Complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the Seven days return policy.
  • Product purchased that shows the sign of rough use causing damage to the products purchased by the customer after delivery will not be covered or accepted for Seven Days return or money back.
  • Product should be accompanied with purchased Product Original Certificate and Original Invoice for all exchange within the seven Days of delivery the product to the concerned customer for entitlement on return policy.
  • In case the customer unable to produce the certificate of purchase in original, the company will send the said product to the Lab for recertification and Verification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • Product having MRP in silver articles will not have any such exchange option.
  • In case of return the eligible amount will be transferred to the customer provided bank account after product verification.
  • In case of exchange the full product value will be adjusted with the new product value, if the new product value is greater than the old then the additional difference value will be paid by the customer by debit /Credit card, Net banking, else the excess amount will be transferred to the customer given Bank account.

 

Your Process to return the product to Patel jewellers.
  • Ensure that Products purchased through this site should be returned within SEVEN days.
  • Call on our toll free number to talk to our Customer Support Team (CST) to get Return Authorization Code (RAC) against your purchase order with description of the product you wish to return.
  • We will courier you a Damage proof package with the Return Authorization code, your Name and address on the outside return area and a Unique Serial Number (USN) pre-printed.
  • Secure your Jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the Damage proof package provided by Patel Jewellers. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
  • Once your package is ready, just call our Customer Support Team (CST) and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
  • Once your returned item is received by Patel Jewellers, your refund or new item will be processed shortly.

 

Fitment for you:
  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing value, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, the payment of the balance amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
  • If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
  • Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
